The Rabbit Warren – Heywood – Case Study
- Basement in a Back Garden with a tight Access through Trees and tracking over ½ mile through a Farm Track.
- A challenging layout of a basement due to sheets going off on different angles.
- Stepped Excavation with 2 separate depths of 5.3m & 4.1m Deep
- Client wanted Cantilever sheets, but they would have been up to 15.0m Long.
- Worked with Mabey Hire and Engineered in a Top Frame working Back-to-Back off each other.
- Engineered a layout using an arrangement of corners to make the Frames/Wall Shape work for all parties.
- Managed to reduce the sheets to 9.0m & 7.5m.
- 107nr Sheets & 14nr Corners in this excavation to keep the shape of the Basement.
- Tom & Kyle Installed the Sheets to level in 3 ½ Days.
- We Installed the Frames in 2 Days building each leg from scratch.
- Using the frame and reducing the sheet method saved the customer a considerable amount.
- Another Happy Customer.
